Can I customize a flight board?

    - Yes!  we personalize all of our boards at no extra charge and you can customize any of our boards to include a special phrase or even your company logo instead of our featured phrases.  For customized orders please email support@owlhousecreations.co

How much is shipping?

    -Shipping is FREE for all of our items

How long does an order take?

    -typically orders take 3-5 business days to create (depending on customizations), shipping takes an additional 2-5 business days depending on where it is shipping within the US.  Please order up to 10 business days ahead of time for a special event, in order to allow us to create your special item and send it in time.

Are the flight boards Dishwasher safe?

    -No.  Please do not wash your flight board in the dishwasher.  Our flight boards are sealed with a food grade sealer and are made to be water resistant.  They can be lightly washed and dried immediately after each use.
